Qinhuangdao Castec Industrial Co., Ltd. founded in 2003, is located in No. 9 Qilianshan North Road, Qinhuangdao Economic & Technological Development Zone. The enterprise covers a land area of 150 mu (103,334m2) and a floor area of 30,543m2; has purchased advanced DISA casting production lines from the USA, Germany, Denmark, etc. The Company mainly engages in casting, machining and coating of key parts for autos and parts for refrigerators and AC compressors. The Company has set up a Development Department for developing and designing auto casting products. The Company currently possesses two invention patents, i.e. A Type of Automobile Brake caliper and A Type of Internally Adjusted Caliper Shield. Castec obtained Hebei Hi-tech Enterprise Certificate in 2020.


We can produce 30,000 tons of casting parts, perform electrophoretic coating of 6,000 tons of parts and finish machining of 3,000 tons of casting parts every year. We obtained the ISO/TS16949 Certificate issued by LRQA in 2004 and ISO14001 environment certificate in 2017.


Our Company mainly provides spherulitic graphite cast iron workblank and gray cast iron workblank for HYUNDAI MOBIS, Sweden Haldex AB, General Motors Company, etc.; provides machined products for Korean LG Company and SUMSUNG; mainly provides Korean LG Company and German Wilo Company with coating service of auto parts and water pump parts. We mainly provide services for auto parts and AC/refrigerator compressor parts. Our company is the level III supplier of several auto OEMs. The auto parts account for 85% of all of our products.
